"Pretty easy to use overall"
I used MyEmma and it was easy enough to figure out, the pages loaded without any issues and I didn’t feel like I was clicking all over the place just to find what I needed, a few parts could maybe be explained a little better but nothing really confused me or made the whole thing annoying, so overall it was a good experience just not totally perfect.

"Integrations made my work easier"
Not gonna lie, one of the main reasons I use myemma.com is because it plays nicely with the other tools we already have. Getting our CRM synced was simple, and I’m no longer stuck copying lists back and forth all the time.
I did run into one small issue with a form integration, but support helped me sort it out and it got fixed. It’s not perfect, but overall it saves me time and makes my workflow a lot smoother.

Overall, it’s been working well for me and I haven’t had any major issues. Every now and then it takes a little longer to load than I’d like, but it’s not a huge deal and it usually runs fine once it gets going.

"Helpful for sorting my email lists"
I’ve been using the segments feature to organize my email lists, and it works well. It took me a little bit to figure out where everything was and how to set it up the way I wanted, but once it clicked, it made sorting people into the right groups a lot easier. Useful overall.

"Quick fix, though it probably shouldn’t have happened"
I had a small billing issue come up, which felt like something that maybe should’ve been caught earlier, but my account manager got back to me really quickly. They explained everything in a way that made sense and had it sorted out the same day. Overall, no hassle on my end, so I’d still give it 5 stars.

"Good training, even if switching felt a little weird"
I’ve been loyal to another brand for a while, so I wasn’t totally sure how I’d feel about making the switch. The training was clear and actually helpful, which made me feel a lot better about it. Onboarding did take a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was a solid experience.

"Super easy for keeping contacts organized!!"
I’ve been using Emma mostly to manage my contact lists, and it’s been straightforward!! Adding new people, tagging them, and clearing out old contacts doesn’t feel like a chore, which I really appreciate!!! It’s not totally perfect, but it definitely saves me time, and I’m not constantly digging through confusing menus like I have with some other tools!!

"Import worked, but took effort"
Moved our contacts into Emma. It worked in the end. Not exactly smooth though. A few fields didn’t map right, so I had to clean things up after. Support was okay, just a bit slow. Usable, but migration could be easier

Support was friendly and got my question sorted without any hassle. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get a reply, but once they got back to me, everything was handled just fine. I’d still recommend them if you don’t mind waiting a little.

"Campaign builder is easy, just a little annoying sometimes"
I’ve mostly been using myemma for the campaign builder, and it’s been solid. Dragging things around is easy enough, and I can usually knock out emails without dealing with a bunch of stupid nonsense. The only thing is the formatting can get a little picky sometimes, which is annoying as hell, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it felt just a bit smoother overall.

"Fair price and actually worth it!!"
I’ve been using myemma.com for a little while now, the price feels fair for what you get!! It doesn’t feel like one of those tools where you’re paying too much for barely anything. It’s simple to use, does what I need, and feels like good value overall.
